2. Purpose and activity
Ingrid Travel is a duly authorised travel agency which, through this website, sells stand-alone flight tickets (via an air consolidator) and package travel and linked travel arrangements, as well as complementary tourism services. This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website, without prejudice to the fact that the booking of travel services is additionally governed by the Booking Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3. Terms of use
Access to the website is free of charge and confers the status of user, who undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice. Users shall refrain from using the website for unlawful purposes, in a manner harmful to the rights of third parties, or which may damage, disable or overload the website or prevent its normal use. Data provided when making bookings or creating an account must be truthful, accurate and up to date; the user is responsible for its accuracy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of the user's place of residence.
