Cookie policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information about your visit: your language, your session or how you use the site. Ingrid Travel uses first- and third-party cookies in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the use of cookies.
Alongside cookies, Ingrid Travel uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) for a single technical purpose: to save your consent preferences. This information is stored under the key it_cookie_consent and is not a cookie (it is not sent to the server); it remains on your device until you delete it or change your preferences.

Your cookie preferences are not stored in a cookie but in local storage (it_cookie_consent), as explained in section 1.
Preference cookies (require your consent)
These remember your choices to personalise your experience (for example, interface settings). They are only enabled if you accept the Preferences category in the banner. The site currently does not set cookies in this category by default; any such cookies will be documented here if introduced.
Statistics/analytics cookies (require your consent)

These cookies are only loaded if you have accepted the "Statistics" category and only where the measurement tool (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) is active. Their loading is controlled by Google Consent Mode v2: consent is denied by default and no analytics cookie is set until you expressly accept it in the banner. If measurement is not active, these cookies are not set.
Marketing cookies (require your consent)
These allow relevant ads to be shown and their effectiveness measured. They are only enabled if you accept the Marketing category and, like the above, are governed by Google Consent Mode v2. No marketing cookies are currently set by default; any such cookies will be documented here if introduced.
Third-party payment cookies
When paying by card, Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid). As they are essential to provide the payment service you request, they do not require additional consent. See their policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
3. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can accept all cookies, allow only the categories you choose, or reject them from the cookie banner. To change your decision at any time, use the "Cookie settings" link (the floating icon in the bottom-left corner) or the equivalent link in the footer: the preferences panel will reopen. Your consent is renewed periodically and, in any event, within a maximum of 24 months, after which we will ask you again.

Please note that blocking technical cookies may prevent you from completing a booking.
